Emirati traditions

Emirati traditions

This article is about preserving Emirati traditions including the national identity by keeping activities alive  that were necessary for survival. In terms of the national identity problem we needs to preserve whatever culture belongs to the nation. Many modern Emirati youth have a lack of awareness, we don’t have Emirati instructors who pay attention to the culture of the region. A group made of students calling themselves Al Namoos and they are making a project to educate themselves and their peers on the age-old traditional sports. They show to have an interview with Bedouin falcon hunters and camel racers to learn about the Emirati tradition sports. These traditions are still alive and they need to pay attention to them. It's very   important for young Emiratis to be educated about their past. Traditionally in the past all these sports were an element of survival, but falcons and salukis were and are still used to hunt.
